Deshi Mart Delivery and Order Policy


At Deshi Mart, we aim to provide clear and efficient delivery and return processes. Please find our detailed policy below:

  1. Delivery Schedule:

    • Deliveries are made twice a month, on the 15th and 30th.
    • Orders placed between the 1st to 12th are delivered by the 15th, and those placed between the 13th to 27th are delivered by the 30th.
    • Delivery dates are shown at the cart and checkout pages, and may change, with updates reflected on our website.
  2. Return Policy:

    • Sealed and packed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Frozen and fresh products (e.g., meats, vegetables) are non-returnable once delivered.
    • Returns must be brought to our pickup point at Taitoniekantie 9B, Renkuta building, Jyvaskyla 40740.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, even with returned products.
  3. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be canceled until the 12th or 27th of the month.
    • After these dates, orders will be processed, and cancellation will not be possible.
  4. Payment Options:

    • We accept payments via Flatpay, cards, PayPal, and Pay on Delivery, where the order remains as pending payment until fulfilled at delivery.
